Halcyon Construction is owned  and Operated by Brad LeCoultre; Licensed General Contractor.

Brad has been in the building materials sales industry for over 25 years, where he developed extensive knowledge of all facets of the field. In 2006, he expanded his expertise to home building, completing over 50 homes. Throughout his career, Brad has also built strong professional relationships with local contractors and suppliers, further enhancing his industry expertise.  Brad is a Full Time General Contractor, and the Founder of Halcyon Construction. He is a Knoxville Native, and United States Marine Corp Veteran.
